As we come to the end of 2020, we rejoice that God has brought us through this year and look forward to a better year ahead. Personhood FL continued to work this past year to restore legal protection to every innocent human life, and we’re making progress, even in the midst of a pandemic! We’re seeing doors open that have previously been shut, and we’re sensing that more Christians in Florida are willing to seek to establish legal protection to every innocent human life, without exception!
Personhood FL started the year remembering the precious lives that have been lost since the passage of Roe v Wade. We published a list of prolife marches, vigils, and memorials throughout the state of Florida, and we participated in many of them as well.
Before the month of January was over, we went to Tallahassee to lobby our Florida representatives and senators to protect every innocent human life. In Tallahassee distributed our new ProLife Principles document that helps educate our elected officials and the public on a wide array of prolife issues including abortion, rape and incest exceptions, life of the mother exceptions, fetal tissue research, RU486 (the abortion pill), fetal stem cell research, cloning, in vitro fertilization, assisted suicide, and euthanasia and encouraged them to support the Florida Personhood Act which when passed and enacted will provide the legal basis for the protection of every innocent human life. (Read the ProLife Principles and the Florida Personhood Act here.)
We didn’t stop with educating those in office though. Personhood FL contacted every candidate for federal, state, local, political party offices, and hospital boards and asked them to sign our Personhood Affirmation and Petition (found in the ProLife Principles document). We endorsed over 80 candidates who met our criteria, and we praise God that Florida now has members of the FL House, County Commissions, City Councils, School Board, Sheriff’s, political party offices, and hospital boards that have committed to protecting every innocent human life, without exception! This election cycle also saw the creation of Florida’s first-ever Sanctity County for Life when voters in Santa Rosa County voted for life!
Our voter guide initiative, found at www.FLVotesValues.com, produced local voter guides in 11 Florida counties, produced judicial and constitutional amendment voter guides, educated candidates and voters on what it means to defend every innocent human life! Additionally, we forwarded voters to links to the interactive iVoterGuide which covers state and federal elections.
One of the greatest examples of God’s blessing on our work in Florida is Christopher Bradley and his family. God brought them here from Atlanta, GA to work to get The Right to Life of All Persons Recognized and Protected Constitutional Amendment on the ballot! Christopher, his family, and Personhood volunteers collected thousands of petition signatures at churches, Trump rallies, other political events, at the polls, and at prolife gatherings across the state, and we recently held our 2021 and 2022 petition drive launch in Orlando, FL. If you missed Christopher’s viral video from a Trump rally in Tampa, FL, you can watch it here.
Even in this challenging year, God has blessed our efforts, and even in difficult times, our quest to establish legal protection for every innocent human remains as urgent as ever. We depend on your generous gifts. Every gift, no matter how large or small will be used to help Personhood FL work for the day when the preborn, the elderly, and the disabled will be protected by love and by law. Please partner with us to re-establish liberty and justice for all. You can make your donation online or you can mail your donation to Personhood FL, P.O. Box 493000, Leesburg, FL 34749. (If donating by mail, please make checks payable to “Personhood FL Education” for a charitable tax deduction or to “Personhood FL” to allow more funds to support or oppose legislation and constitutional amendments.)
At Personhood FL, we are working to restore the value of every innocent human life, including preborn children, the elderly, and the disabled. Please join Personhood Florida in defending every innocent human life, without exception by signing and collecting signatures for our constitutional amendment petition, volunteering, and making a generous donation today.
Merry Christmas from Personhood Florida! We rejoice that God sent His only begotten Son to come to earth to die for our sins. We also rejoice for the work that God has done through Christ in the earth.
Have you ever wondered what this world would be like if Jesus had never been born? Jesus Christ revolutionized many areas of life and civilization. This is especially seen when we consider the Sanctity of Human Life.
Prior to Christ’s birth, preborn babies were often aborted. Many who made it to birth were left to die on a city wall, buried alive, or drowned in a river, and those who made it past birth could be killed at any time by their fathers. The elderly were also often abandoned, and the disabled were disposed of!
Watch my sermon below to learn more about how Jesus restored the sanctity of human life.
Today, the sanctity of human life is once again under attack, and we need to work more fervently than ever to restore it! Past generations have fought to re-establish the sanctity of human life. Now it is our turn! Will you join Personhood FL to protect every innocent human by love and by law?

To get on the ballot, we need volunteers to collect petition signatures. If petitioning isn’t your thing, we need help in several other ways as well including petition processing, event compilation and coordination, assisting in the office, public speaking, creating social media posts, website content creation, bookkeeping, and more! To achieve this goal, we need help on a variety of tasks, so whatever your gifts and callings may be, you can make history in Florida!

In 2020, we will elect candidates for everything from congressmen and senators to county commissioners and city council members. The problem is that many times voters don’t know where the candidates stand on important issues such as life, marriage, family, and religious freedom. Consequently, voters vote for candidates who don’t share their values. Shouldn’t voters …
